BGA Solder Adapter

They give your BGA device legs, making it pluggable. Solder the BGA device onto our adapter, which you then plug into our MiniGrid socket or base adapter. This system has only slightly larger external dimensions than the BGA device, and therefore takes up considerably less space on your PC board. The BGA soldering adapters are available in pitches from 0.80 to 1.27 mm.
