Der MiniGrid Sockel ist mit der Zielplatine verlötet und ist für die Aufnahme des BGA-Lötadapters (auf dem der Chip gelötet ist) ausgelegt. Alternativ kann dieser MiniGrid-Sockel auch Testsockel aufnehmen. E-tec bietet alle Pinbelegungen, Konfigurationen und Rastergrößen. Sonderanfertigungen sind auf Anfrage möglich.
