3. Data collection on our website

3.3 Contact form

If you send us inquiries using the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

3.4 Chat

On our website, you have the option of using the "chat" to contact us directly. For our “chat” we use “Userlike”, a live chat software from Userlike UG (limited liability), Probsteigasse 44-46, 50670 Cologne. Userlike uses cookies (see section 3.1) to enable a personal conversation with you in the form of a real-time chat on the website. The data collected are not used to personally identify the visitor to this website and are not merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.

When you send us a chat request, we process and save the data mentioned in section 3, the URL from which you called up the chat, the subject of your request, a transcript of the conversation with you, the date and the date Duration of the chat, the processing status of your chat request and the number of page views and visits you have made. You also have the option of providing us with your name, your location and your e-mail address as well as other personal data. This data is saved by us. We process this data in order to be able to address you personally during the chat and to improve our service quality. After completing the chat request, you have the opportunity to rate and comment on the quality of service. This voluntary information is also saved by us.

The legal basis for processing this data is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data within the scope of our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights, freedoms or interests do not prevail. Our legitimate interests are to provide you with a live chat, to be able to answer your request in a targeted and personalized manner and to be able to analyze the use of our live chat for quality assurance. In addition, we save the data mentioned in section 3 in connection with a specific chat request to ensure IT security and to analyze and combat attacks.

If you would like to use the chat outside of business hours, you will be automatically redirected to a form on which you can tell us your request. Our sales staff will get in touch with you as soon as possible. The information in section 3.3 applies accordingly to the processing of your personal data in the context of this contact form.

4. Analysis tools and advertising

4.1 Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and that enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

4.2 IP anonymization

We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. As a result, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transmitted to the USA. The full IP address is only transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. 4.5 Order data processing

We have concluded a contract data processing agreement with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

4.6 Demographic characteristics in Google Analytics

This website uses the “demographic characteristics” function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that contain information on the age, gender and interests of the site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google as well as from visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person.
