Sustainability

We are already setting a good example by covering 65% of our electricity requirements with our company-owned solar power system and implementing environmentally friendly practices such as hybrid vehicles and biodegradable packaging materials.

We have set ambitious targets for 2024, including increasing our own supply of renewable electricity, reducing CO2 emissions through mobile working and supporting employees in new life situations. We are also striving for meaningful participation for our retired employees, diversification of our products and clear, measurable sustainability requirements for our business partners.

The core element of this philosophy is to understand customer requirements as a whole and to cover them more appropriately and more completely than is customary with classical distribution. The strict focus on the respective interests and individual wishes of our customers has made us what we are today. Today’s company size would not have been possible without the consistent quality policy, and it will continue to provide us with the tools for a solid and steady growth.

Quality is the fulfillment of requirements through practical implementation

A contemporary quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 with the daily conscious application and implementation supports us in reaching our high goals and satisfying all our customers. We understand quality management as an essential management task, and therefore every individual employee is responsible for the quality of the work in his area. Continuous and secure process optimization in all areas of the company reveals any gaps and eliminates potential weaknesses.

Annual realistic targets and their achievement have been practiced since the founding of the company and are a further essential component of our corporate culture.
